Do you provide oysters?

Yes we do! We work with
trusted local suppliers to source
fresh, high-quality oysters and
ensure they arrive on time and
properly stored. If you prefer to
supply your own, we can work
with that too, just let us know!

How much does it cost?

Our service isn't one shell fits all.
We do our best to
accommodate each request.
Our pricing depends on market
price, date availability, travel
distance, and shellfish quantity.

What's Included?

We handle everything from start
to finish. Each booking includes
a professional oyster shucker,
full setup and breakdown, an
elevated raw bar display, classic
accompaniments, and
sustainable serving ware—with
optional add-ons to customize
your experience.

Do you travel outside of LBI?

Yes we do! We will travel as far
as our ice will stay cold! We
charge a travel fee outside of a
45 mile radius to long beach
island, New Jersey

When should I book?

We recommend booking 2-4
weeks in advance for peak
season dates (summer,
holidays, etc.), but we’ll always
do our best to accommodate
last-minute inquiries if we’re
available.

Are you licensed

& insured?

100% We operate as a licensed
catering service with food
handler certifications and liability
insurance. We’re happy to
provide documentation upon
request, especially for venues or
planners.
